ประวัติความเป็นมา
โรงเรียนพงษ์ศิริวิทยา ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 414 หมู่ 2 ถนนพงษ์ศิริ ตำบลด่านขุนทด อำเภอด่านขุนทดจังหวัดนครราชสีมา เป็นโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน คณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ตั้งอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 5 จัดตั้งขึ้นโดยนายวินิจ พงษ์ศิริ ตามพระราชบัญญัติโรงเรียนเอกชนตามใบอนุญาตเลขที่ 5 / 2500
ลงวันที่ 17 พฤษภาคม 2500 ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดตั้งโรงเรียนเพื่อช่วยเหลือเด็กยากจนที่ไม่สามารถเดินทางไปศึกษาต่อในจังหวัดนครราชสีมาได้ มีเนื้อที่ 6 ไร่ 1 งาน 80 ตารางวา เปิดสอนครั้งแรก
ระดับมัธยมศึกษา เมื่อปี 2500 มีนักเรียนจำนวน 137 คน ครู 12 คน และต่อมา ปี พ.ศ. 2503 จึงได้ เปิดสอนระดับก่อนประถมศึกษา (ระดับปฐมวัย) และประถมศึกษา โดยมีรายชื่อผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งครูใหญ่ ดังนี้

2.นายไชยวุฒิ วีระพงษ์สุชาติ (พ.ศ. 2502-2504)
3.นางอุบลรัตน์ จันทรวิวัฒน์ (พ.ศ. 2504-2516)
4.นายวัฒนา พงษ์ศิริ (พ.ศ. 2516- 2548)
5.ว่าที่ร้อยเอกจตุรงค์ พงษ์ศิริ (พ.ศ.2548-ปัจจุบัน)

-ก่อสร้างอาคารมัธยม 2 ชั้น จำนวน 12 ห้องเรียน ปี พ.ศ. 2532 -ก่อสร้างอาคาร 37 ปี 3 ชั้น จำนวน 24 ห้องเรียน ปี พ.ศ. 2537 -ก่อสร้างอาคารวินิจ-บุญนาค 3 ชั้น จำนวน 21 ห้องเรียน ปี พ.ศ. 2545
-ทำพิธีอัญเชิญ พระบรมสารรีริกธาตุขึ้นประดิษฐาน ณ บุษบกพงษ์ศิริพุทธบารมี วันที่ 20 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2553

SCHOOL HISTORY

Pongsiri Wittaya School is located at 414 Moo 2, Pongsiri Road, Dan Khun Thot, Dan Khun Thot, Nakhon Ratchasima. It is a standardized formal private school, certified by the Offices of the Private Education Commission, the Offices of the Permanent Secretary and the Thai Ministry of Education. The school is located within the Offices of the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area Office 5 jurisdiction. It was established on May 17th, 1957, by Mr.Winit Pongsiri, in accordance with the statutes and regulations for private schools. The school’s permit number is 5/1957. The initial goal of the school was to help poor children who were unable to continue their studies in Korat. The campus’ size is 6 rai, 1 Ngan and 80 Tarangwa. When the school first opened its doors in 1957, only Junior High School level (Mattayomsuksa) was offered and there were 137 students with 12 teachers. Then, in 1960, the school opened Kindergarten (Anuban) and Primary levels (Prathomsuksa).

The “Mattayom” building was built in 1989 with two stories and twelve classrooms. The “Sam Sip Jet Bpee” (37 years) building has three stories, twenty-four classrooms and was opened in 1994. The “Winit-Bunnak” building has three stories, twenty-one classrooms and was completed in 2002. The “Pongsiri Putabarahmee Shrine” ceremony was held on July 20, 2010 and on this day, the Holy Buddha relics were placed inside the shrine.
